Do you want to become a memberof the MCHFT IT Training Team which is now part of the newly formed Digital Technologyand Information Services (DTIS) and join a network of delivery specialists and network built on skills, spirit, drive and energy? Due to the implementation of a major IT system we are currently looking to recruit an band 4 IT Trainer. The main duties will include delivering training on IT systems, Microsoft applications and O365 applications. You will also be responsible for providing group and individual training, creating training materials, working with teams on projects and be able to build relationships within your team, the Trust, other local healthcare organisations and external suppliers.

The successful candidate will be a computer expert with excellent communication skills, patience and a willingness to learn. As an IT Trainer you will deliver training programmes in information technology, in addition to your training skills you will need to have organisational skills, adaptability, ability to assess employees, research skills and last but not least an enthusiasm for learning?

Your purpose will be to ensure that the full benefits of existing software and systems are being realised and this will involve liaising with staff at all levels. You will provide a support resource to all persons involved in IT Training and assist in the delivery of training relating to a project in agreement with the IT Training Manager.
