Southport and Formby Health wishes to recruit a reception administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract as part of an expanding team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provision of reception duties within the Community Cardiology Service
  • Coordination of appointments within the service for clinical and diagnostic procedures.
  • Provision of support and communication with the management team and the clinical team;
  • Communicate with GP practices, community services and secondary service providers.
  • Management of referrals both in and out of the service
  • Processing diagnostic results.
  • Use of the clinical and reporting system.
  • General administration tasks in reception and back office
  • Greeting and communicating with patients and carers to provide high standards and a quality patient experience.
