A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Executive Secretariat function at Sheffield Children's, covering the existing post-holder's maternity leave.

We are looking for an experienced and competent Executive PA to support the Chair and Chief Executive alongside a range of other administrative duties to support the work of the Executive Team, including meeting administration.

The postholder, reporting to the Associate Director of Corporate Affaits, will organise and supervise the Secretariat to provide a comprehensive and customer focused executive level PA and administrative support service.

The postholder will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills coupled with strong administration and minute-taking skills.

This role is varied and challenging, and represents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. The postholder will have the ability to work independently and use their initiative. They will project a professional and confident image at all times and will work to support an efficient and responsive service. They will be customer focused, and will take pride in delivering a high quality service.

This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
