Stephenson Park Health Group is a forward thinking, innovative Practice always striving to offer an efficient and high quality service for our patients. We are looking for an additional P/T Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive Nursing team. The new ANP will be responsible for managing and providing care for the presenting patient with undifferentiated, undiagnosed conditions, from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing and evaluation of care. To include acute, minor and long term conditions in line with existing practice and national policies and guidelines.
