We are a training practice, use SystmOne and promote digital services, patient engagement and self-care.

About the role

We are keen to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Health Care Assistant to join our Nursing team.

With close supervision from our Nursing Team lead, you will play an active role in providing first class care and treatment to our patients.

About You

You will be a proactive team player, with a ‘patient first’ attitude towards primary care.

Excellent communication skills, a consistent confidential manner and respectful approach will be vital in forging relationships that place high value on the dignity of patients, relatives, carers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in phlebotomy, patient health checks and ECG skills, with previous general practice experience an advantage.

To maintain the high level of patient care we expect, any skill deficiencies should be disclosed, and further training needs can be discussed.
