We are looking to find an experienced clincian with a proven track record of contributing to service improvements and developments to provide clinical advice, support and to work alongside other professionals and to have a good clinical and theoretical knowledge, respiratory knowledge essential. Evidence of your experience would be of assistance and knowledge of the Emis Web clinical system would be an advantage.

The sucessful applicant will be expected to have previous experiance in General Practice and adequate working knowledge of all Chroinic Disease Managementand PrImary Health Care Services to provide a professional, safe service and advice to patients and all professionals associated with the Practice.

You will be joining a supportive Practice with CQC rating of overall Good and Outstansding in Care (December 2015) the team is 4 GP's 2 Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacist, Health Care Assistant. MSK Practitioner and a very supportive adminstration team.
