The Divisional HR Manager is a key member of the Divisional management team working alongside the senior Divisional Management team to deliver their strategic and operational objectives.

Applicants must be able to identify the workforce issues arising from Divisional ad Trust strategies, and be able to advise on how to improve performance through good practice. The HR Manager is the key link between the Division and the HR Directorate, and will work with HR colleagues to ensure the Division is supported by a proactive operational service. The Division employs around 3,000 staff, and requires an experienced HR specialist who can advise on a range of complex HR issues as the Trust responds to operational and strategic challenges.

Applicants must have extensive employee relations and change management experience in the NHS, and have strong and persuasive communication and interpersonal skills to perform well in this role.
