Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated individual to join the Digital Programme Transformation team as a Business Change Analyst, which also includes the delivery of the Digital Health Record. The post holder will join a small team who are responsible for the delivery of business analysis and change management tasks including the production of current and future process maps. The post holder must have recent knowledge and experience of a clinical health system, ideally SystmOne. The post holder will be required to work closely and build relationships with a wide range of professionals including clinicians, senior managers, suppliers and informatics colleagues. This post is fixed term until 31 March 2022.

The Digital Business Change Analyst should have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships and work well across all levels of the Trust.

The post holder will be based in Brighton and expected to have transport to travel to any of our 80 sites in Sussex.
