Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust was formed on Tuesday 1st October 2019, following the merger of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust. The two Trusts joined together to provide integrated mental health, physical health and learning disability services to communities.


IT Project & Change Support Analyst

Band: 4

Salary: £ £21,089 to £23,761 pa

Hours: 37.5 per week

The GHC IT Digital Development and Change team co-ordinates change management for Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. The GHC IT Digital Development and Change team lead on digital strategy, development, co-ordination, planning, project and programme management for all IM&T supporting functions. This includes contract management, IT estate equipment and all IT services.

The role of the IT Project & Change Support Analyst is to support the Digital Development and Change Manager and be part of the wider IT Service team in its day to day operations providing a high quality IT Support Service. This will mean working with both Technology Services and Project Managers to ensure project delivery times and change schedules are defined and met.

The IT Project & Change Support Analyst will operate independently and as part of a project team to oversee the day to day management of IT projects and work streams being delivered by any member of the GHC IT Team.

Responsibilities will include managing and delivering some of those projects and work streams personally with the IT Project Manager.

This is a wide ranging role working on technical changes and will require an understanding of project and change management methods as well as a technical awareness of operational delivery such as support for IT equipment

You need excellent communications skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clinical service staff. Good organisational skills and a flexible approach to work are essential.
