Circle Bath Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Somerset, has an opportunity for a Physiotherapy Assistant to join the Physiotherapy team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Circle Bath physiotherapy department are looking for a part time physiotherapy assistant to work in our orthopaedic ward setting and out-patient department.  The successful applicant will have experience in managing people and problem solving preferably in a clinical setting. You will need to be flexible, a good team worker and ready to take on new challenges.

You will be an integral part of the physiotherapy team and develop into carrying a clinical workload in support of the physiotherapists, occupational therapists and non-clinical duties such as stock control and equipment management

Applicants should also possess skills in IT and some administration

 

Fixed Term Contract 12 months

Full-Time 37.5 hours (flexible hours Monday to Friday 8.00 to 18.00 with some weekend cover)

  • An ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels,  with a commitment to collaborative working, with a calm, caring and empathic attitude towards patients, relatives & colleagues
  • Be willing to participate in flexible working as required
  • Up to date Computer/IT skills
