Band 3

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Occupational Health and Wellbeing department, to be part of a successful team within the organisation.

We require an administrator with a high degree of skill and ability to support the work within the Work place Health and Wellbeing department, under the direction of the office manager. The work is varied and occasionally challenging to meet the fluctuation within the needs of the department.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience of working at a high level within an administrative role. The successful applicant will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and a proven ability to work in frontline environments.

The post holder will be confident working on the telephone and face-to-face, and be able to work autonomously within a supportive and friendly team. Duties include providing a full range of admin support to the team including: report typing, adding information onto a computerised database, filing, photocopying, archiving and typing. The applicant should be very experienced in using large databases and also be a competent user of MS Office, email and the internet.

Previous experience of working within a health / social care setting is highly desirable applicants with relevant experience will be considered favorably.

A charge of £60 (Enhanced) will be made by the successful candidate which will be deducted from the first 3 months’ salary. In addition to this, you will also be required to re-pay any future costs that may arise in relation to DBS fees.
