NHS Property Services are looking to appointan experienced Mobile Cleaner, based atSandy Lane Health Centre, Sandy Lane, Rugeley, Staffordshire WS15 2LB to deliver a full cleaning/domestic service in accordance with the “NHS Property Services Manual”.

 

Duties include but are not limited to – Vacuum cleaning, damp mopping of floors, damp dusting of furniture/fittings, cleaning of mirrors and internal glass, sanitary ware, e.g. showers, sinks, toilets, washing of tiled surfaces.

 

The post holder may be responsible for locking up the premises at the end of a shift. The post holder will also have access to a work van.

 

The post holder will provide cleaning services to the highest standard for patient care in accordance with Health and Safety requirements, “NHS National Specification of Cleaning Standards” COSHH.

 

This post forms part of the West Midlands FM team and the post holder will also be expected to provide cover for annual leave and sickness of colleagues, this may include travel to other sites within the West Midlands.

The successful candidates will ideally have experience working in a Health Care environment. Have good literacy and numeracy skills both written and verbal. Have excellent customer care skills, with basic IT knowledge.It is important that you are a good team player and enjoy helping people, have the ability to work on own initiative and the ability to work under pressure with effective organizational and communication skills.
