We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our small team of General Office Staff providing a high standard of customer service to patients, relatives, carers and staff.

You must work within our Trust Values and be able to demonstrate kindness, compassion, and empathy to patients from all walks of life, and who may be living in challenging social and financial circumstances. You must have a caring approach to people, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work using tact and diplomacy.

You will need patience, tenacity, listening skills, and demonstrate a willingness to go the “extra mile”, and be able to problem solve as part of a small team. You will be welcoming, friendly, and deliver a front of house service to an exceptionally high standard of customer service.

You will have good administrative and keyboard skills, some experience in handling cash and visa payments would be preferred, although full training will be given to be successful in the role.
