The IM&T Projects team is responsible for delivering key deliverables in the ambitious digital modernisation programme. They are key in the planning of all IM&T developments and resource, ensuring that each project is appropriately planned and delivered.

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and resilient Senior Project Manager to join the IM&T Project Team based at University Hospitals Plymouth.

Demonstrable experience in delivering change initiatives in busy and demanding environments, you will be skilled in leading project teams through the project lifecycle.

This challenging and exciting role will require you to be an excellent communicator, engaging and collaborating with all levels of staff throughout the Public Health Sector, whilst being able to serve as a source of leadership and set an example to subordinate Project Managers

You will be PRINCE 2 qualified and a demonstrable experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Demonstrable Experience of working within an IM&T environment or within public sector is desirable. Demonstrable Experience of additional project methodologies would be advantageous

Travelling to other sites within the region will be required.

The following post are available all working 37.5 hours per week.

We will also consider applications for trainees for this role, you will benefit from an excellent training programme which will teach you the skills required to deliver a high quality service to our patients as part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team. You will be on a training contract, starting on a Band 6 salary of £30,401. On successful completion of the training programme, your salary will be uplifted to an Agenda for Change Band 7 of £37,570.
