Digestive Deseases Support Secretary

Applications are invited for a Support Secretary in Digestive Diseases.

 

Your main duties will be to provide secretarial and administrative service to the Digestive Diseases CBU.

 

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a sound knowledge of I.T and a flexible approach to work.

 

Experience working with Lorenzo would be preferred.

 

Hours: 28 hours per week – Days to be negotiated at Interview

Depending on the classification of the post, in-line with DBS guidelines, a Standard or Enhanced disclosure will be required which may include a check of the ‘Vulnerable Adults List’, the ‘Children’s List’ and/or the Independent Safeguarding Authorities (ISA’s) barred lists.

A charge of £60 (Enhanced) will be made by the successful candidate which will be deducted from the first 3 months’ salary. In addition to this, you will also be required to re-pay any future costs that may arise in relation to DBS fees.
