The Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA) unites five local hospitals to deliver high quality care across the North East of Greater Manchester.

The Alliance provides the benefits of scale but delivers this locally through multiple hospital sites which make up four new Care Organisations – Bury/Rochdale, North Manchester, Oldham and Salford. Trust Grade Band 7B Quality Matron for Peri-Operative Care

This is a newly created post for an exceptional nurse/ODP leader to join out senior nursing/ODP team at Salford Royal Foundation Trust as out new quality matron for Peri-Operative care.

We are seeking a transformational leader with the ambition and desire to have a truly positive impact on the quality and efficiency of care delivery within Peri-Operative care.

This is a very exciting time as we have gained Major trauma status and a leader at the forefront of Healthier Together with a new build planned in the next two years which will give us a further 5 theatres

We have 19 state of the art theatres, three day case surgery wards and a pre-operative department.

We would welcome applicants from dynamic senior nurses/ODP's with an extensive theatre background and the passion and enthusiasm to lead the nursing/ODP team in a fast paced environment.
