The Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA) unites five local hospitals to deliver high quality care across the North East of Greater Manchester.

We have exciting opportunities for registered nurses to join our friendly and supportive nursing team at The Maples, who are committed to providing and maintaining the high standards of patient care.

The Maples is a 18 bedded Specialist Continuing Healthcare Unit for patients with neurological conditions. The Maples also accommodates respite patients with long term neurological conditions.

The unit is located in Boothstown, approximately 4 miles from the Salford Royal main site and is a SCAPE accredited ward achieved through the Salford Royal Nursing Assessment and Accreditation System.

We are looking for Qualified Nurses with a passion for delivering high standards of care to work within our medical neurosciences wards.

You will be able to:-

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Aspire to deliver excellent standards of care
• Be able to work collaboratively with all members of the MDT
• Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients and their relatives

Newly qualified nurses will also benefit from our 12 month preceptorship programme supported by our dedicated Practice Development Team. You will also receive support from our senior nursing team and highly specialised nurses.

If you are a newly qualified nurse we will pay your first year's NMC registration fee as well as paying you at Band 4 until you receive you NMC PIN.
