Kennet and Avon Medical Partnership is a 17,500 patient practice serving the towns of Marlborough and Pewsey in North East Wiltshire, and their surrounding rural environs. The practice is situated within the heart of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; has a range of excellent local schools and is close to the M4 and mainline railway services to London and the rest of the country.

We are currently recruiting for a Document Workflow Processor to join our Quality Assurance team to ensure all incoming and internal patient correspondence is entered on the patients’ medical record in a timely manner and forwarded to the correct recipient, according to practice protocols. Additionally to carry out related additional tasks as requested by QABS Team and Practice Management

The successful applicant will be able to work full time (37.5 hours) across Monday to Friday with a degree of flexibility with start and finish times between 8 am and 6pm.

Experience of working within General Practice and with SystmOne would be desirable. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
