The Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA) unites five local hospitals to deliver high quality care across the North East of Greater Manchester.

We are looking to appoint Installation Technician to integrate into our existing incident team providing support for the Digital user population.

Working in a the installation team provides a point of contact for NHS staff for Digital services. With a supported staff of over 6600 end users the role is challenging yet rewarding whilst providing a good avenue into an IT career.

With substantial experience in supporting users you will be familiar with general terms and concepts and have hands on support skills gained in a busy technical services team with proven experience in supporting installations and incidents.

You will have gained knowledge of Windows Operating systems and PC's and peripherals and have exceptional customer service skills.
