Due to internal team movements we have the opportunity to recruit a highly motivated person to join our hard-working and enthusiastic recruitment team.

Experience of working within a recruitment team would be beneficial, but is not essential as trainign will be provided. This is a 2-year, fixed-term opportunity.

You will provide a comprehensive and efficient recruitment and administrative service to the Trust’s Recruiting Managers and Applicants, therefore ensuring that the Trust can provide an excellent service to their patients.

The role involves a range of recruitment activities, from advertising a vacancy through to the completion of all pre-employment checks. This will include using a variety of online systems including NHS Jobs and ESR, as well as standard Microsoft packages and e-mail.

You will require excellent interpersonal skills for effective working with both internal and external colleagues and the ability to provide a professional customer service under pressure.

If a DBS check is required for the post you are applying for any offer of employment will be provisional on a satisfactory DBS check being obtained.

In line with other NHS Organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber Region a successful candidate appointed into a post within this Trust will be required to pay the DBS check fee (£45). This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
