The Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA) unites five local hospitals to deliver high quality care across the North East of Greater Manchester.

Level 1 ASYE Grade 3B £26,999 - £29,636 pro rata

Level 2 QSW Grade 3C £29, 636- £32,029 pro rata (professional bar applies - progression to Level 3 by portfolio and assessment)

Level 3 QSW Grade 4A £32,878- £35,934 pro rata

As a result, Salford is now looking for Social Work practitioner Level 1-3 to be part of this and who can help us deliver our person-centred vision. That means a passion for social work, enable effective integrated working, promote independence through reablement.

You will be responsible for carrying out social work duties, requiring the highest levels of skills, knowledge and professional expertise.

You will assist the Team Manager in ensuring the delivery of effective, safe integrated services for adults through the promotion of high standards of practice in assessment and person centred support planning being creative to meet individual outcomes.
