The Community Rehabilitation Service is an award winning service provided by Second Step in partnership with Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and Missing Link. Shaped by people who have used mental health services, the Community Rehabilitation Service gives people the support they need to achieve their hopes and goals. We are passionate about recovery and the service is psychologically informed (PIE).

In your role as Night Recovery NavigatorAssistant you willwork collaboratively with people with long-term mental health and complex needs.Using a client-centred approach, and working collaboratively with a multi-professional team, delivering social and clinical interventions tailored to individual’s cultural and social needs.

Part of your role is to support service users to have a healthy sleep hygiene, creating a calm, safe environment in the house, offering emotional support to service users and managing risk. Our service has a low rate of incidents.

We’re looking for permanent Night Assistant Recovery Navigators for either fulltime or part time work. This can be either as part of the rota or working regular days.

The Service has 10 placements and is open 24/7 Monday to Sunday. The waking night shift is 21:00 to 09:30 with an hours break. We are looking to cover 5 nights in total. Contact us if you are interested in joining our committed and enthusiastic team.
