Herefordshire and Worcestershire Primary Care Training Hub – Head of Service

Salary: £45 – 50K depending on experience, includes NHS pension A Market force may be applied for an exceptional candidate

Hours: 37.5 per week

Right now primary care is undergoing significant changes with the development of Primary Care Networks and Herefordshire and Worcestershire training hub has an exciting opportunity to expand and evolve.

About us Herefordshire and Worcestershire Training Hub is hosted by Taurus Healthcare, Herefordshire’s GP federation. Programmes to support training of our current and future workforce need to grow to help retain and develop staff and recruit into new roles. The training hub needs to grow rapidly to meet workforce needs by developing and embedding training programmes to support our primary care workforce pipeline

If you are an individual with a passion for primary care and education this exciting post might be for you. You will need to have strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple programmes of work be happy working in a changing and challenging environment, with a can do attitude
