There are 20 beds in the new unit and we provide intensive rehabilitation for people who are unable to safely return directly home following a hospital stay due to on-going rehabilitation and care needs. We also support those people who need more complex discharge planning to enable them to return home. We are passionate about delivering high quality care to the people we support while helping them to reach their full functional potential and optimise their well-being.

Working as part of the Multidisciplinary team you will deliver consistently high standards of individualised nursing and rehabilitation care to patients supported by our highly skilled therapy team consisting of registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietician, Speech therapist, Pharmacist, Activities Coordinators, Rehab Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants. As a team, the aim is to support patients to regain function, confidence, self-respect and much more.

You will need to display excellent communication skills, and offer care in a kind and compassionate manner. You will be dynamic, innovative, hardworking, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We can offer you the opportunity to develop your nursing and skills that will support you throughout your career. We will provide robust training to ensure you are supported and competent, including core mandatory training.Newly Qualified nurses are welcome to apply and will receive access to our preceptorship programme.
