Two opportunities have arisen for highly motivated people to join our Surgery and Critical Care Management Team.

The post holders will lead teams of Operational Managers to drive activity in the surgical setting. You will also be responsible for service delivery, planning and performance management of clinical services within the Division.

Leading a highly effective team, you will need to be able to delegate effectively and coordinate a range of work streams and projects. Working closely with Consultant Surgeons, Anaesthetists and Senior Nurses, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships within this Division and across other Trusts.

Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to quickly develop strong working relationships across a range of professional groups.

You will have a strong track record of delivery in a health setting and the ability to manage complex information while prioritising competing workloads. You must possess high personal standards and strong leadership qualities.

This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
