Permanent Contract

15 Hours per week (may be able to work flexibly)

£21,0889 - £23,761 (pro rata)

 

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced personal assistant to provide high quality administrative and PA support to the newly appointed Head of Older People’s Care. You will have excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation, with patients and external contacts. You will be required to prepare complex documents, presentations and correspondence to a high standard and be able to display an attention to detail. You will possess excellent organisational and secretarial skills in order to support key meetings in the organisation.

Every day will be different and you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of different assignments.

You must complete a Declaration of Fitness to Practice form if the post requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) assessment, and return it prior to interview. Trust policy is to charge successful applicants for DBS fees.

In submitting an application, you authorise the Trust to confirm any previous NHS service via the ESR IAT process or paper staff transfer form, should you be appointed.
