You will allocate resources effectively, oversee the training and development of staff and play a part in delivering care plans for individual patients. By promoting a culture of innovation and a passion for care, you will ensure that your clinic meets the needs of every patient.

 

A Registered Nurse, with a Nephrology background - preferably haemodialysis - you will hold an ENB 998 or equivalent and have a current NMC pin. Ideally, you will also have a recordable Renal qualification and experience of managing others, counselling patients and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.

 

This is a full time role working 150 hours over a 4 week period or about 37.5 hours per week. Days are covering various shifts between Mon- Sat 6.15am - 11.45pm.

 

We offer a competitive salary UP TO £39,057 (including a Location Allowance of £4,664) – if you are offered less than the top end your salary will increase in guaranteed yearly increments until you reach it.
