We are looking for a confident professional to join our team with a keen eye for detail and a creative mind.

We would like to employ a motivated individual, looking for a challenge and wishing to be part of a team striving to make a difference. You will take an active role in our small but busy team, whilst delivering excellent customer service to all users.

It is our ambition to provide high quality support and training, to all staff using our eRostering system (Allocate/HealthRoster).

In this unique and evolving role, our success is dependent on your ability to be proactive and innovate new practices. You will need to have excellent communication and change management skills, be responsive and champion better rostering across the organisation.

Based in Bath the role is trust wide covering local delivery units in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.

Initially this role is for a fixed term/Secondment for 6 months.
