Job Reference: 236-COR-AC419-2019

Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust
Human Resources
£18,813 - £20,795

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA) unites five local hospitals to deliver high quality care across the North East of Greater Manchester.

The Alliance provides the benefits of scale but delivers this locally through multiple hospital sites which make up four new Care Organisations – Bury/Rochdale, North Manchester, Oldham and Salford. Using our mantra of ‘Saving lives, Improving lives’, the aim is for our Care Organisations to work closely with the communities they serve to deliver safe, high quality and reliable care, which are trusted, connected and pioneering.

Our Care Organisations are designed to operate within our group arrangement of hospitals, community and healthcare services which bring together over 17,000 staff and the services of The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust and Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust. Our size and geographical reach means we are creating an environment each individual will be inspired and empowered by to be the best they can be. This is a really exciting time to join our new team.

We are seeking an organised, customer focused administrator to join our fast paced resourcing team as a Resourcing Administrator.

Providing dedicated support to a Care Organisation, you will be responsible for the delivery of a timely, accurate and high quality customer focused service ensuring safe recruitment practices are maintained.

You will be involved in a wide range of transactional administrative activities from undertaking employment checks, to being the main point of contact for candidates and nurse managers seeking guidance on the recruitment process which will require both face-to-face and over the phone contact. The role also requires a degree of flexibility as you will be required to support nursing open days and events which support nursing recruitment and may involve working on evenings or weekends.

The role of Resourcing Administrator is a great opportunity for anyone interested in developing their career within HR, or who has experience working in recruitment or a similar target-driven position and is looking for a new challenge within a front facing role.

Providing a high quality candidate experience is of great importance to us, if you approach your work with a can-do attitude and are fully committed to the service you provide this is the job for you.

A highly efficient, fastidious and accurate administrative expert, you will have experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably with a fast paced recruitment background or high volume HR experience. An understanding of the pre-employment screening processes will be an advantage.

You will have the ability to multitask, organise and prioritise a demanding and frequently interrupted busy workload. Working as part of a team where teamwork along with good interpersonal skills is essential to our success.

We’d be happy to talk through the role with you or meet you to provide a further insight into the role.

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 27th November.

Previous applicants need not apply.

In line with the Trust’s Single Equality Scheme we welcome applications from everyone irrespective of ethnic origin, disability, age, gender, sexual preference, disability, nationality, religion, marital status, social back ground or trade union membership.
