The Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA) unites five local hospitals to deliver high quality care across the North East of Greater Manchester.

Our Care Organisations are designed to operate within our group arrangement of hospitals, community and healthcare services which bring together over 17,000 staff and the services of The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust and Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, motivated Physiotherapist with excellent clinical, communication, organisational and time management skills to join our rotational Band 5 workforce, who work across the Oldham Care Organisation, Oldham Cares Rotations including

Adult MSK Outpatients

Paediatrics

Intermediate Care

Community Physiotherapy

You will:

• Deliver high standard evidence based care
• Perform therapy assessments of patients, providing a diagnosis to develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme
• Hold responsibility for their own caseload, working under supervision

A flexible approach to day to day tasks is essential, in order to meet the demands of the service. Applicants will be expected to travel when necessary to participate in providing community services, so access to transport is essential.

We have an innovative service of AHP’s with an excellent staff supervision system enabling our staff to be committed to developing both their service and themselves. Clinical Governance, research and audit activities are encouraged.

Current HCPC registration is essential. Interviews, medicals, references and DBS checks will be made prior to acceptance.
