The Childrens Continuing Care Team is looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to play an important role dedicated to ensuring patients receive high standards of care alongside trust values.

If you have answered yes to these questions then we may be able to provide you with the opportunities you seek in providing holistic care to children and young people with complex health care needs on long term ventilation.

The Team provides care 24hrs 7 days a week to children and young people with complex needs both in patient’s home, school or community settings. Shifts vary across day and nights and we cover 364 days a year.

You would be able to perform a wide range of clinical duties including monitoring children through clinical observations and caring for them through clinical skills such as stoma care, tracheostomy care and ventilator support.

You will possess or working towards NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

You must have a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
