We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist with relevant experience to join our team in Urgent Response.

This community post aims to review patients at their own home to avoid acute hospital admission. Admission avoidance is key within the NHS currently, as a significant drive and cost saving moving forward.

As part of this role you will also undertake assessments from acute admission to home under our home safe service.

You will be HCPC registered and you will require with a background in core areas of physiotherapy.

The post is based at Sandringham House in Salford.
