We are looking for a committed, innovative assistant with outstanding people skills to join our dynamic integrated complex needs therapy team providing outstanding support to children’s clinical services across Merton. Your role will be to support our inspiring clinicians delivering clinical treatment eg: setting-up, implementing and reviewing clinical groups for children and young people across integrated children’s therapy services in Merton borough.

You will work closely with team leaders across Speech and Language Therapy/ Occupational Therapy/ Physiotherapy in community supporting children and young people 0-19 within Merton. You will liaise with outside agencies to support Merton families including children and young people with complex needs. You will have had experience of working within healthcare in the community setting or similar and your communication and IT skills will be outstanding.

We are committed to professional development offering regular in-service training and one to one supervision. Internal and external courses are supported. You should have experience of software systems, engaging with the public and be willing to further develop management and leadership skills.
