An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to work in the Adult Bladder and Bowel Service based in Worthing, and covering the West Sussex area. The successful candidate will have an interest in bladder and bowel dysfunction and working in various care settings including clinics, patients' own homes and residential homes.

We would welcome applications from both Band 6 and experienced Band 5 Nurses who wish to develop their skills in this area of specialist nursing.

Band 5 applicants, if successful, would work towards their Band 6 competencies.

The post holder will be responsible for providing holistic bladder and bowel assessments, participating in treatment planning and evaluating individual continence needs. The successful candidate will also assist in training and supporting nurses in delivering educational programmes for healthcare professionals, carers and patients.

Our Bladder and Bowel service is dynamic and forward-thinking, anticipating the needs of its patients and striving to provide excellence care in the community. We are also highly active in engaging with community staff to improve services within West Sussex.

You will need to be a car driver with the use of a car for work.
