Are you a qualified Health Visitor (SCPHN) looking for the flexibility of bank work in West Sussex?

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust's Healthy Child Programme (HCP) is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Health Visitors to join our bank to work within West Sussex, including Arun, Adur, Chichester, Crawley and Horsham. Full and part time hours are available.

As a qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN HV) you will be expected to work as part of a corporate team, have the ability to demonstrate evidence-based practice, and have a flexible approach to work and service delivery. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to team working and clinical leadership.

SCFT offers excellent support to staff, including training opportunities and ongoing career development. We welcome applications from both experienced practitioners and newly qualified staff.
