NHS Blackpool CCG and NHS Fylde & Wyre CCG, working together as Fylde Coast CCGs, are committed to providing continued improvement in access to services for the benefit of their local health community. Referral Support Officers are pivotal in supporting these service improvements. The postholder will be required to work across both CCGs providing support and information throughout the referral pathway to patients, referrers and providers, processing referral information and booking appointments.

As a member of the eReferral Service Team the post holder will provide support with primary care triage and referral pathways, utilising the national referral tool, NHS eReferral Service (eRS).
