We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support and be part of our Children's Therapies Team. We are an Integrated Children with Additional Needs team and we are based at The Reginald Centre, Chapeltown Road, LS7 3EX.

The main responsibilities will be to administratively support the Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Nurses working within the Integrated Children's Additional Need Service (ICAN). Duties will include booking home visits and appointments for the therapists and nurses, scanning into an electronic patient record, receiving and dealing with telephone enquiries from children and families and professional staff involved with a children and families.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a busy office environment or in a customer care environment
Data Protection and Confidentiality are key elements of the role.

Qualifications held will include;

. English & Maths to GCSE grade 9 to 4 or equivalent qualification / experience.

. Level 2 IT skills i.e. OCR (formerly RSA) or equivalent experience.

The successful candidates will be professional, motivated, and flexible with a positive attitude to team work, change and service development.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £48.83 or Standard £30) from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
