An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Joined Up Careers Derbyshire Team.

We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has excellent organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Duties will include producing agendas and taking comprehensive minutes at meetings, diary management, responding to telephone/email queries and signposting as necessary, maintaining stock levels and occasional support in creating promotional materials.

Previous administrative experience alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to the role.

A degree of flexibility is also key and we may ask you to work specific days according to when meetings fall.

You may also be required to travel to other venues in Derbyshire.

DBS Check

The cost of undertaking a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) disclosure will be met by the individual. The Trust will meet the initial costs of the disclosure which will be deducted from your first month’s salary. The current price of a standard check is £23 and an enhanced check is £40.
