Clerical Assistant

Band 2 15 hours Thursday-Friday

£17,652 - £19,020 pa pro rata

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join the Occupational Health Administration Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of reception and administration duties and be expected to work independently but will be part of the wider administration team within the Occupational Health Department. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisation and communication skills, be flexible and well-motivated, who enjoys working with people, engaging with colleagues at all levels and will possess a flexible and positive attitude to work.

You must have a good standard of general education and you will also need an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to work under pressure. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
