We have lots to shout about! Despite having lots of challenges, we’ve worked really hard to make West Herts a great place to work. The good news is we’re really starting to see the results of our efforts. We’re one of the few NHS organisations across the UK to have achieved a phenomenal 0% nurse vacancy rate within our adult inpatient areas. We have also recently secured over £450m capital funding to transform our sites and give our patients and colleagues within #teamwestherts the working environment they deserve.

You must be willing and able to motivate and educate staff as to the importance of finance in running an effective, efficient and quality-led service for our patients. You will be a key member of the divisional management teams and actively participate and support in delivery of the divisional agendas.
