We are a friendly, busy practice looking for a part-time Receptionist / Care Navigator to join our team to book appointments, co-ordinate correspondence, process prescriptions and respond to patient queries. The post will initially be for 20 hours per week over 4 days although flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness is essential. The regular sessions are:

Monday: 08.00 to 13.00

Tuesday: 13.30 to 18.30

Wednesday: 14.00 to 18.30

Friday: 13.00 to 18.30

This is a varied role in a pressured environment. Further information available within the Job Description/Person Specification.

The practice uses the Emis Web clinical system - training will be given to the successful candidate. All staff are required to participate in on-line and in-house training.

 

All employees are eligible to join the NHS Pension scheme or NEST.

The practice offers 5 weeks Annual Leave.
