An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, hardworking and dynamic individual to join our cancer performance team as a Multidisciplinary Team Patient Pathway Facilitator.

The Multidisciplinary Team Patient Pathway Facilitator will track patients through their cancer pathways ensuring that national 31/62 day targets are met and that any potential delays are escalated and resolved. In addition to this, the post holder will be required to prepare, set up and attend Multidisciplinary Team Meetings.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent eye for detail with a focus on data quality, coupled with well developed communication skills. An understanding of cancer waiting times and a professional approach are also essential qualities for this role.

In addition, you will receive a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of your basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £3,722 and a maximum payment of £4,743 per annum pro rata.
