An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as the E-Rostering and Workforce Information Manager here at East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust.

As part of this role you will directly manage the Workforce Information and E-rostering functions ensuring the provision of effective electronic workforce systems to support the business of the Trust and the delivery of the teams key service objectives.

There are a number of exciting projects that are in the pipeline that you will lead on and develop. You will have excellent project management skills to ensure that these projects are delivered and successfully taken on by the clinical teams.

You will be the Trust lead on developing and embedding electronic rostering across the Trust and working with Care Group Leadership teams in a consultative capacity to deliver improved levels of productivity and efficient utilisation of the workforce.
