An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the 2018 Team of the Year. We are looking to appoint a Quality Investigations Officer. The successful candidate will support the delivery of quality for the Trust, ensuring safe, effective and high quality services, learning from experience with the welfare of patients and staff at the heart of this role.

In addition to supporting the Quality Leads in the implementation of the Trust’s Quality Strategy the successful candidate will undertake complex investigations including Patient Safety, Patient Experience and Coroners reviews amongst others.

The successful candidate will also provide resilience for other functions within the Nursing and Quality Directorate including the duties of the family liaison officer.
