The Trust is embarking on a new era of Transformation Programmes including the reconfiguration of clinical services, outpatient transformation and collaboration with the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts.

Our work builds on the Trust hosting one of the most advanced digital infrastructures in the country, integrating the live primary and secondary care record, and enabling an exciting platform for shared pathways and innovative technical alternatives for patients to access care. Our clinicians are working together to break through organisational boundaries to create a community of care for patients when they need it.

We are now seeking experienced, highly motivated Project Managers who will focus on the successful delivery of a complex programme of change. The post holders will work as part of the wider Transformation and Programme Management Team to progress this exciting agenda.

You may be required to undertake a DBS. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and you will be required to participate in the DBS Update Service and pay the £13 cost per year. This is a condition of your employment.
