We have an exciting opportunity for x2 Cross Site Human Resources Business Partner one permnant role and one fixed term role

This is an exciting opportunity to work across sites and work closely with the Site Lead Human Resources Business Partner in managing the strategic people agenda for Harefield / Brompton. The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team that supports managers across sites.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • Evidence of recent CPD
  • Thorough understanding of contemporary HR practices
  • Substantial HR experience in a large complex organisation
  • Evidence of providing HR professional advice and support at a senior level
  • Experience of advising and delivering HR policies
  • Sound, up to date knowledge of HR best practice, employment law and its application, current thinking and developments in HR
  • Demonstrable experience of working effectively with Trade Unions
  • Quality focused with an innovative, flexible, approach and the ability to solve complex problems
  • Experience of being able to balance competing priorities and meet personal and Trust targets.

Responsibilities:

  • To support the Site Lead Human Resources Business Partner (SLHRBP) in managing the strategic people agenda for Harefield / Brompton / Cross Site.
  • To be a key member of the management team for Harefield / Brompton / Cross Site supporting the SLHRBP as the facilitator for the management team.
  • To support the SLHRBP acting as a strategic business partner, developing a thorough understanding of the wider business objectives within area and support the SLHRBP in contributing to the decision-making process within the Harefield / Brompton / Cross Site to ensure that all workforce requirements are identified, support planned and delivered on a timely basis.

The Location:Royal Brompton Hospital is based in Kensington & Chelsea and the Harefield Hospital is based in Middlesex.
