The Trust is looking to appoint an IT Service Desk Call Handler to be based in Essex.

You will be responsible for answering all telephone calls and to action all emails that come into the IT Service Desk. Assisting callers with their basic computer and technology issues (such as password resets) and escalating to technicians when necessary. Logging calls and entering information in the IT Service Desk software system accurately and promptly.


You will have a working knowledge of MS Office applications and a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
