A range of both full time and part time permanent vacancies have arisen for the above post for highly enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals, within The Walton Centre Foundation Trust.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and professional health care assistants who are committed to supporting our nursing team in providing safe, therapeutic and effective care for our patient group across all wards.

It is a requirement for the successful candidates to have previous experience of managing challenging behaviours, have excellent communication skills and be committed to maintaining patient safety.

You must be flexible, reliable and have a professional compassionate and caring manner. You will be required to complete the care certificate course. Internal rotation included (days & nights).

We are the only NHS Trust in the UK dedicated to Neurosciences who treat a range of conditions affecting the brain and spine within neurology, rehabilitation and neurosurgery. We are particularly proud of the Outstanding outcome that the CQC bestowed to us in 2016 which demonstrates our commitment to patient care. We have recently maintained our Investors in People Award Gold, demonstrating our commitment to supporting staff, which only 2% of UK Trusts possess.

All positions at The Walton Centre are subject to a 6 month probationary period.
