Then we need you to join the District Nursing Team based at Patchway Clinic to cover the maternity leave of Health Care Assistant.

 The job involves caring for patients homes in the Patchway, Bradley Stoke, Pilning and Almondbury areas, working with a team of community nurses, working together to deliver excellent nursing care.

You may be an experienced HCA, but lack community experience or someone new to the role, but full training will be provided according to your needs.  It would be advantageous if you have venepuncture skills and wound care experience as these are required for the job.  You need access to a car at all times and will work on your own visiting patients in their own home.
