We are looking for an ambitious, focused and proactive Management Support Officer to join the Seacroft Neighbourhood Team on a 6 month secondment. This is a full time post where you will be working Monday to Friday.

Experience required for this role:

- office management and delivery of administration services

- management of a service rota

- recruitment and selection

- absence management

- excellent communication skills

- ability to demonstrate personal resilience

- highly motivated and able to show initiative.

We are looking for someone with a positive approach and a can-do attitude that is able to support and manage change. You should be able to work on your own initiative, with the ability to multi-task and manage a demanding workload. You will be required to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills in a similar role.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £48.83 or Standard £30) from your salary. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
